The Planning Process, Participants, and How the Development and Revisions of the EOP are Coordinated During the Preparedness Phase

The planning process will be conducted in an open and smooth manner to ensure that everyone and every section is effectively accommodated. According to the U.S. Department of Education (2006), the first element of the planning process will involve an analysis of the key emergencies that need to be addressed to Ohio Township in the most effective manner.
